Went tonight, giving it one more try... and now I am done.
Here is what happened tonight, walked in 4 people seated and eating. I placed my order (very nice polite girl ) I was the only one in line. I got my drink, sat down and waited to be called. Then 2 guys came in with a large order and a shift manager (Green shirt) and stared all loud and barking out what was needed in the order and started accembling it. While I saw my small 3 piece order on the screen still waiting. I walked up and ask the shift manager where my order was... she looked at my ticket and said I don't know about that order i just got here. Funny how she did not check the monitor for orders... just wanted to be a big shot with a very big mouth. Since there are so many other places I can spend my hard earned money i defiantly will be. -

Can't go wrong with Popeyes!
Especially as they have a great deal on right now. $4 for 4 chicken strips and a biscuit! (At the time of me writing this review)
They've been open for a few months now at the new location, and, unlike the nearby Zaxby's, I've had only really good experiences here. In fact, I choose to go to Popeyes over Zaxby's.
This location is clean, well-stocked, staff are friendly and knowledgeable and don't mess up my orders. Also, every time I go, there's only a short line, so I get my food in good time.
As I only live a mile from here, it's my new favorite local fast food place.
And, as I said above, is 10x better than Zaxby's, who still mess up every order I place, take forever, give me stale sauce, and have a dirty restaurant most times I go.
This place is nice. -

Drive through time is slow. 20 mins at a minimum. Went in speed of service just as slow.

I love Popeyes let me start with that have been eating here for years but today was unexcusable and at the hands of a manager. I did not get her name but she was African American like myself with dreadlocks boyish gay female type. She has served me before and has been nice but today she had her personal friends in the store there kids were screaming she had an attitude did not have a friendly greeting no smile nothing. Very blank and unwelcoming. She didnt want to answer my questions threw my food in the box stuffed my box in a bag to small said here you go handed me my receipt and walked off from behind the counter to go join her friend. No thank you no want some honey or nothing. When I got to my car checked my food I had to return for my biscuits. She tries to step in and reprimand the girl helping me on hiw to give me the biscuits .... like oh please are you kidding me!!... the girl was apologizing already because she could see I was already over this so called manager. When i got home I opened my box and found my half cup of hot coleslaw soup!! I was so pissed at this point i almost returned to the store. Anyway im done with her and probably this location on her shift! See pics for the coleslaw soup

One of the employees had our credit card for almost 10mins and took it into the restroom and made online purchases. We are pressing charges! You ought to be ashamed of your employees actions! We will never go here ever again and are having the police arrest the young woman her next shift in front of everyone. How dare you hire employees who do this!
